Our Forex Mentorship Program provides structured education, guidance, and practical learning designed to help participants develop their knowledge and understanding of Forex trading.
Depending on the selected mentorship package, the program may cover topics such as:

• Technical and fundamental analysis
• Trading strategies and setups
• Risk and money management
• Trading psychology and discipline
• Trade planning and execution
• Practical chart analysis
• Trading platform education
Mentorship is intended for educational purposes and does not guarantee that participants will become profitable traders. Each participant remains responsible for their own trading decisions and results.
1.2 Copy Trading
Our Copy Trading Service allows clients to connect their own trading account to a designated copy trading system or master trading account, where available, and automatically or manually replicate selected trading activities.
Clients maintain ownership and control of their own brokerage accounts and are responsible for their account deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and overall account management.
Copy Trading does not guarantee profits. Trading performance may differ between accounts due to factors including, but not limited to:
• Slippage
• Spreads
• Execution speed
• Broker conditions
• Account size
• Market volatility
• Trading settings and risk parameters
• Technical or connectivity issues
Clients should carefully consider the risks involved before participating.
1.3 Trading Signals
DV Forex Trades may provide free or paid trading signals, market analysis, trade ideas, and related educational information.
Signals may include potential trading opportunities involving Forex, Gold, indices, or other financial instruments.
Trading signals are provided for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute financial or investment advice.
No guarantee is made that any signal will result in a profit. Clients are solely responsible for deciding whether to act on any signal and for managing the risks associated with their trades.
1.4 Prop Firm Passing Services
DV Forex Trades may provide assistance to clients seeking to complete proprietary trading firm evaluation or challenge programs.
Our services may include trading assistance, risk management, strategy implementation, and account management, where applicable and permitted by the relevant proprietary trading firm's rules.
However, DV Forex Trades does not guarantee:
• Successful completion of any challenge or evaluation
• Approval of a funded account
• Achievement of any specific profit target
• Profitability
• Payouts from a proprietary trading firm
• Continued access to a funded account
Clients acknowledge that proprietary trading firm rules and requirements may vary and can change at any time. Clients are responsible for reviewing and understanding the terms and conditions of the relevant proprietary trading firm.
1.5 Events, Seminars & Giveaways Opportunities
DV Forex Trades may organize or participate in educational events, Forex seminars, workshops, webinars, community activities, competitions, giveaways, and other promotional opportunities.
These activities may be offered free of charge or may require registration or payment, depending on the specific event or program.
Giveaways, competitions, and promotional opportunities may be subject to separate eligibility requirements, rules, deadlines, and terms.
Participation in any giveaway or promotional activity does not guarantee that a participant will receive a prize or benefit. DV Forex Trades reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional activity where necessary.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our services.
By using our services, you confirm that the information you provide to DV Forex Trades is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to participate in the relevant service or program.
3. No Financial or Investment Advice
All information, training materials, mentorship, trading signals, market analysis, trade ideas, educational content, and other information provided by DV Forex Trades are intended for general educational and informational purposes only.
Nothing provided by DV Forex Trades should be interpreted as financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice.
You should seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional where necessary.
4. Risk Disclosure
Trading and investing in financial markets involve substantial risk.
Forex, Gold, CFDs, Synthetic Indices, cryptocurrencies, and other financial instruments can experience significant price fluctuations and may result in the loss of some or all of your trading capital.
Leverage can increase both potential profits and potential losses.

5. Copy Trading Risk
Clients participating in Copy Trading acknowledge and understand that:
• Trading profits are not guaranteed.
• Trading losses may occur.
• Copy trading performance may differ from the performance of the master account.
• Market conditions may affect trading results.
• Slippage, spreads, latency, execution differences, and broker conditions may affect performance.
• Technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or platform interruptions may affect trade execution.
Clients remain responsible for their own trading accounts and trading decisions.
DV Forex Trades does not guarantee any specific level of profit or return from Copy Trading.
6. Payments And Refunds
Payments for mentorship programs, trading signals, copy trading services, educational products, events, and Prop Firm Passing Services are subject to the specific payment and refund terms applicable to the relevant service.
Before making a payment, clients are encouraged to review the applicable service terms, pricing, refund conditions, and other relevant information.
Where a service-specific agreement or refund policy exists, that agreement shall apply to the relevant transaction.
7. Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided by DV Forex Trades, including but not limited to:
• Logos
• Brand identity
• Website content
• Educational materials
• Videos
• Graphics
• Trading systems
• Strategies
• Written materials
• Course content
• Marketing materials
are the intellectual property of DV Forex Trades or its respective licensors, where applicable.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, modified, resold, or commercially exploited without prior written permission from DV Forex Trades.
8. User Responsibility
Users agree to:

Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as a guarantee of profit, trading success, or financial performance.
